Chris Przybylski – Chris is a former US Marine who has been involved in compliance for over 10 years. Chris’ compliance experience includes high risk security, use of force, Department of Defense Contracting, Department of Transportation Regulations, Department of Labor Violations and OSHA. Chris is Co-Founder of LBC Fleet, Safety and Compliance, a nationally recognized company specializing in FMCSA Regulations and Fleet Management for limousine and bus companies.
Chris is also a former EMT and a former first responder instructor.
Joe Guinn – Joe has been involved in compliance for over 19 years, originally managing DOT Compliance as an owner-operator. Joe has extensive experience with building, implementing, and overseeing compliance standards for passenger carriers, educational institutions, childcare facilities and cafeterias. Joe is a founder of LBC Fleet, Safety and Compliance, and is a nationally recognized speaker and magazine contributor for the passenger carrier industry.
Joe is committed to serving his community. A former firefighter, Joe is also a minister and a Master Mason.
